The NY Daily News is reporting that Jets TE Dustin Keller has looked like the best receiving threat on the team. The better news here is that if Mark Sanchez is the QB, Keller could be really busy. Rookie QBs often need a safety valve, which a good TE can provide.

You know the saying...one man's trash is another man's treasure. Well, it has been a Conley mantra for years now and it's funny to actually see it playing out with his favorite offense - JETS! Only the too bad thing is he has the wrong player which in a funny way is like UCB's new saying - "I'll throw out my trash and rob you of a treasure."

Dustin Keller has looked "like the best receiving threat on the team" at Jets OTAs, according to the NY Daily News.

The Daily News still anticipates the Jets being among free agent Plaxico Burress' "most ardent suitors" if he's somehow eligible to play in Week 1, but for now Keller is at least the team's No. 2 receiver, if not ahead of Jerricho Cotchery. We project Keller to finish as a top-eight fantasy TE this season.Source: New York Daily News
